Lopez and Associates is pleased to announce that we have adopted the Six Sigma model.  Through this process we anticipate to increase our performance and services provided to our customers.  We will strive to achieve the Six Sigma level, which is 3.4 errors per 1 million occurrences.  We look forward to having the Six Sigma model will make the organization lean and productive, which will result in listening to the Voice of Customer.

Lopez and Associates was awarded an interim contract by the Department of Veteran Affairs in Alabama to provide vocational rehabilitation services.  We wish to thank our team members for their diligent work and our partners in Alabama for their commitment to the veterans and the profession.

The Department of Veterans Affairs utilized our GSA Schedule contract to service North Dakota, South Dakota, Northwest Minnesota, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Lopez and Associates was presented with a Congressional Citation for completion of the National Veterans Institute for Procurement by Representative Ruben Hinojosa.
